Positive Stress
Although severe stress is a bad thing a small amount of stress may be a good thing.
A small amount of stress enables you to work harder and accomplish things that you want to achieve.
If you do not feel this small amount of stress then you will not experience that extra push and will not achieve your life aspirations.
A small amount of stress can also give you a sense of alertness and urgency when it comes to confrontational or threatening situations.
