How to manage your behavior:

  • Be cooperative

    Make sure you live for the moment and make the most of everyday because you will never get that day back.

Learn to say no and do not feel bad about it because you are the sensible one who will feel much better for it in the morning. Thus, do not clutter up your life with too many activities.

  • Give yourself credit where credit is due

    When you have worked hard for something congratulate or reward yourself. Do not be afraid to do so and make sure other people realize the work you have successfully carried out.

  • Get a hobby

    Try to get yourself a hobby that you enjoy because this will allow your mind and body to refuel, you will become relaxed and more lively.

  • Use stress balls

    By using stress balls you will ultimately release some tension but without offending other people around you.
