Ways to Defeat Stress
There are many things which you can do in order to defeat stress in your mind, body, behavior and in how you feel.
You can do this. I did so you can. Imagine the improvement in your life if you could greatly reduce your current stress levels. Picture yourself right now as a calm confident person. You know what makes you stressed doesn't have the same effect on others, so why should you continue to be held back?
Don't waste any more of your time in this life. Make a pledge right now to reduce your stress levels every single week. Do something every week that will help toward your goal. Write a list of things that will help you and do one at least once a week.
Buy a folder so you can include photos, pictures and text. Buy the most expensive folder you can afford. That way you will be more likely to use it. I bought a leather bound artists presentation folder and in time filled it with things that meant something to me. It doubled as a goal setting exercise.
