Stress is a killer! Defeat it or it will defeat you. I should know I suffered with it for many years. Like me, you were not born stressed. You were perfectly relaxed at first. During your life for whatever reason, your body and mind has learned to become stressful. You probably didn't realize that you were on the road to a stressful nature. For many people their first realization that they are suffering from stress comes from another person telling them so. It can be a shock when you realize that stress is at the root of many other problems and you just didn't realize it.

Just like you learned to become stressed, you can of course learn to become calm and relaxed. So, stop worrying, and welcome to the less stress highway. You're already on the road to reducing your stress.

Remember, you're not alone, nowadays, everyone can become stressed and most people become stressed at some point(s) in their lives.
